Last Friday, a year 4 athletics team went to Monkton stadium and competed in a quad kids athletics event up against 20 other teams. The events were: a 50m sprint, 400m run, howler throw and a standing long jump. Collectively the team finished 8th out of 21. A really good achievement and there was also some fabulous individual performances on the day.
