As part of our Chinese New Year celebrations in the 3 Year Old Nursery, we worked together in Forest School to create 2 huge Chinese dragons from wooden logs. We have been learning that red is a lucky colour for Chinese people so we searched for red objects hidden in the bushes trees and grass to decorate our dragons with. Finally we listened to Chinese dragon dance music and used our ribbons to dance to the drum beat like Chinese dragons.
