Today we celebrated World Kindness Day in the 2s room! We talked together about all the different ways we can be kind to one another — by sharing, helping our friends, and using kind words.

We enjoyed listening to The Smartest Giant in Town by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, a lovely story about a very kind giant who helps everyone he meets.

After our story, the children painted their own kindness stones and gave them to a special friend to take home. It was a beautiful day filled with friendship, caring, and kindness!
