This week in year three, we enjoyed reading Stone Age Boy by Satoshi Kitamura. Our new class text links with our history topic, and we can’t wait to write diary entries, postcards and our own narratives based upon the story. Before reading, we looked at the front cover and blurb before making predictions. We read together and to each other during guided reading and shared our favourite events. We can’t wait to get writing!
