Last Thursday our NFL County finalists were in action in the Tyne and Wear County Final. They were up against teams from Newcastle, Sunderland, South and North Tyneside and Gateshead. The team were aiming for a top 2 position and qualification into the Regional finals!Not only did they qualify in the top 2 positions they won the whole competition with a record of 7 wins and only 1 defeat.All of the children were outstanding all day, and their performances and attitudes were amazing. They thoroughly deserved to win the trophy and progress to the UK regional finals! A truly wonderful achievement and one as a school we are so proud of!!
