This week Reception children have been learning about the importance of keeping our seas clean and recycling. We were inspired after reading the book ‘Somebody Swallowed Stanley’ to reuse plastic and create our own Stanley kite!

We talked about the equipment we needed, worked as a team and listened carefully to instructions to make our own kites 🪁 We will fly them on a windy day next week!
