Today we had a visit from Rachel who works for ‘Science Buddies.’ She talked to us about wind farming and renewable energy as well as various careers in STEM. She showed us the wind turbines that a company called Equinor are building at Dogger Bank and we got the chance to design and test out our own blades to see which rotated the fastest. It was very fun but informative too.
