Last week our year 2 gymnastics teams were at the Urban Factory taking part in this year’s y2 key steps gymnastics competition.

With the help of Our School Sports Organising crew the group have been learning and refining a routine over the past 6 weeks ready to perform in front of the judges.
The children really have worked unbelievably hard coming to school at 8am in order to do as well as they could.

The team narrowly missed out on a medal by finishing 4th only 0.2 points behind the team finishing 3rd.

A really strong effort in what was their first ever competive event as Lord Blyton Pupils.

Special thanks to Bella, Max, Holly, Esme and Darcey for leading the group through all of the sessions. Showing fantastic leadership and maturity along the way .
