Year 3 Science- Investigating Forces and Magnets. We have been looking at the effects of magnets and today tested which poles attract and which poles repel using bar magnets. We discovered that, like gravity, magnetism is a non-contact force. We were amazed to find out more about how magnets are used in the real word, from trains to recycling and to the one function we all knew magnets are good for- sticking things to the fridge!
