To conclude their topic on properties of materials and changes, Year 5 conducted an experiment to find out how the volume of vinegar affects the amount of gas that is produced when bicarbonate of soda is mixed with the vinegar. They found that the more vinegar was in the bottle, the more carbon dioxide was produced when the same amount of bicarbonate of soda was added.
