Year 5 visited Jarrow Hall on Friday, as part of their work on the Anglo Saxons and Vikings in History. They took part in a burial and a battle reenactment and found out about Viking Gods. They looked at how the Anglo Saxons and Vikings lived off the land and enjoyed the story of Beowulf in the mead hall by firelight. 🔥
