Today, in one of their final competitions as Lord Blyton pupils. Two Tag rugby teams were at Monkton Academy for this years y6 competition. Not for the first time this year the group performed brilliantly throughout, and once again backed up why they have been so successful across many sports this year. The final standings showed both teams finishing in the top 5. With one team winning every game and becoming South Tyneside Champions for 2026. Special mention to Kai from y4 who helped out last minute and didn’t look out of place playing against and with children 2 years older than him!! Well done everyone!!
