Today the children in the 3 year old nursery visited The Word. We got the metro from Simonside and travelled to South Shields. When we got to The Word we spent some time looking at books. Some of us brought our library card and borrowed some books. A few of us signed up to the library too. We then took part in a range of activities including sharing stories and singing songs. We had a brilliant time. Thank you to all our parents who came along to support our visit 📚
