Lord Blyton School worked with a professional artist to produce some art work to celebrate the local area along with the 40th birthday of the Metro.
Pupils from year 5 and 6 were lucky enough to have a workshop led by the artist. They produced some lovely tiles that were then taken away to be turned into a professional piece of art work.
On Monday we visited Chichester Metro to see our finished work.
The children loved this project working with a professional artist and different art mediums to produce their tiles. They had to incorporate features of the local area as well as the metro and 40th birthday celebrations.
The work is lovely.
