The children from the KS1 Resource Base had a wonderful Christmas adventure at Gibside last week. They each invited a friend from the wider school and once there enjoyed a range of festive activities. They took part in a Christmas trail, helping the elves to find the reindeer’s magical food, they managed to find all 9 bags and thankfully saved Christmas!!! Along the way they learnt fun facts and sang songs before making a lovely Christmas craft. All of the children behaved beautifully and everyone agreed it was a fun-filled, magical day out.
