As part of our learning about Spring, new life and life cycles and linked to Bristish Science Week where we are thinking about time and how living things grow and change over time, Reception had a very exciting visit from the baby chicks who came to stay in our clasroom for an afternoon. We were so calm and gentle holding them and stoking them softly with one finger and everyone felt brave enough to have a hold even though they were so small and a bit wriggly! We are looking forward to learning more about chicks next week. 🥚🐣🐥🐔
