Staying Healthy

This week in nursery we have been learning all about healthy eating. We have also talked about what else we can do to help keep us healthy and our brains happy. We talked about how exercise is good for you, not only to keep you fit but how it also helps your brian. We set up an obstacle course in the nursery garden where we had toi run, climb, balance, jump and travel on, over and around equipment. We also took part in a plank and running challenge. Afterwards we talked about how our bodies felt hot and our hearts were beating faster. We had a noce cold drink of water to cool us down and keep our bodies hydrated. Well done everyone! Fantastic effort by all and we can’t wait for Sports Day 🙂
