This term, year 3 will be learning about rocks in science. As part of our learning, we took part in a STEM live lesson. The lesson was all about fossils and how fossils are formed. We saw examples of fossils from the University of Natural History in Oxford. We discovered how fossils are made and saw examples of lots of types of fossils. We found out how palaeontologists use dinosaur bones and fossils to learn more about the past. It was a really fun and informative. The virtual tour and the quiz was super fun and we learned lots along the way!
