Year 3 Design Technology- Pneumatic ToysIn Year 3, the children have been exploring pneumatic systems. We have designed and created a pneumatic toy using different types of diagrams to help us- thumbnail sketches and exploded diagrams. We looked at pneumatic systems and how they are used in everyday contexts. Our toys used air as a pneumatic element to make it move. We had to research and develop a design criteria then create a functional, fun and appealing product.
