As part of our learning about life cycles we have been finding out about frogs. We learnt that frogs grow and change from eggs called frog spawn to tadpoles then froglets and finally frogs who then lay frogspawn. We talked about this being called a life cycle. We searched in Forest School for frogs who had escaped and then created a lovely habitat for them to live in as we learnt they like to be in water and on the land. We read a story called ‘Growing Frogs’ and are watching our tadpoles in Nursery closely to see how they grow and change
