Year 1 have thoroughly enjoyed their music lessons this half term. We have been listening to Old-School Hip Hop, learning the differences between pulse, rhythm and pitch while exploring the difference between rapping and singing. The children have particularly enjoyed playing the glockenspiel alongside the track we have been learning. Throughout the unit we have been sharing our likes and dislikes about a variety of Hip-Hop songs.
