Today, three y6 dodgeball teams were at Temple Park to take part in a dodgeball competition. The children were really impressive throughout their matches showing great teamwork, passion and determination. They also tried to implement as much of their tactics they’d been working on in practice into the matches. The end of the competition saw one of our teams finishing 2nd place, receiving silver medals and a place in the County Final later in the year. It’s always a fantastic honour and achievement for our school to represent South Tyneside at County level.A special mention to Michael, Fin and Deacan who were selected by the organisers and given awards for “star player” “teamwork” and “respect”. A fantastic day for all who played, well done to everyone!
